Killa Kanz 2! Saturday, November 12
Greetings gentlemen! Get ready for Killa Kanz 2! This year's event is Saturday, November 12.
For those of you who didn't participate last year, Killa Kanz is a Warhammer 40,000 doubles tournament where cheating is encouraged! In exchange for donations of cash or canned goods, which go to local charities, players may reroll a single die. Your donation also gets you a chance to win one of many wargaming-related door prizes, including GW product (in addition to prizes for winning games, appearance, etc.)!
This was a very popular event last year, and this year promises to be a lot of fun. We'll be posting a link for online registration in the next few days, and details about the scenarios over the next few weeks. For full rules, check out Killa Kanz 2016! on the PAGE website, and be sure to follow along on Facebook.
Last year, we collected over 342 pounds of dry goods (and $142 cash) for Philabundance. Remember, there's no limit - one team brought in over 100 cans! It should be noted, as well, that this team did not take the top prize - so clearly, 100 cans is just not enough. This event is a lot of fun and supports a great cause, so don't miss this one.

Looks like we are enemies once again. The "dream team" is on the wrong side of the law this doubles.tjkopena wrote:Yo, let's crush some heretics.

How can I do with Harlequins, they don't have an HQ (not sure if Eldard now has the Harlequin faction with the boxed game). All the Harlequin HQ units are sort of the Elite choices like the Solitaire, Death Jester and Phantom sear.

Was there a option for +2 heavy support last year in this list?
"In addition, each player may choose to modify their force by selecting an option from the following list. Both players may not select the same option.
+3 Troops
+2 HQ
+2 Elites
+2 Fast Attack
+1 Fortification
+1 Lord of War (of no more than 9 hull points/wounds)
+1 Formation (not a detachment) "

TJ: There should be a +2 heavy option as well.
Alex: Don't the Harlies have some formations? You could do an Eldar HQ and troop then take the formation option to fill out the rest.
