Re: space marine question

It does seem very strong. An enormous savings on command points which I mostly use for a re-roll anyway. I guess the strength of ultramarines with a primarch overshadows this trait so you don't really see it being used. Makes a power weapon on a sarge something to think about adding to your squads. ...

space marine question

Hi, I was looking at the salamanders legion trait and it seemed a little confusing to me. Do you get to re-roll one hit and one wound in both the shooting and fight phases or just in one or the other? Thanks

It is also the 20th so you'd be a little early too.

I wish I could make it to this but the wife is hosting a dinner thing and I have to be the arm candy. Maybe next time.

Re: PAGE Dying ?

Well, when I first joined page it was a paid membership club. We had our own space which we paid for and back then the forum was pretty much the only way to stay in touch. 40k was once a month on a Sunday if I remember correctly. The only event I remember was the yearly apoc game. Now we are part of...

Re: Display Board

Another thing you can sand with is cement. Sometimes at the old place we worked we needed to roughly sand something large. how to do points in 8th again

I had another points question. If you have something with say a heavy bolter it costs like 17 of the top of my head. If you have the option to switch out the heavy bolter for say a multimelta that costs 53 ish do you subtract the 17 off of the total and then add the 53? Basically you take the base, ...

Re: how to do points in 8th

OK so I was correct about the defiler. Base is 216, Battlecannon is 0, Defiler claws is 0, and you have the correct points for the reaper and flamer.

Re: how to do points in 8th

OK, I understand now. I just assumed that it was like the last three editions where when you bought a stock thing like a rhino it came with its guns included and you only had to pay more if you upgraded. It makes some things super expensive. My space wolves stormwolf is now upwards of 350pts. I am a...

Re: how to do points in 8th

So are the stock weapons considered part of the base cost or do you have to pay for the weapons it comes with. If you want a defiler without any upgrades do you have to pay for the reaper autocannon and twin heavy flamer? Changes the price from 216 to 268. The more I look at it the more I am believi...
